Modoc – Today, Assembly District 1 candidate Heather Hadwick proudly reports the endorsement of Former Shasta County Supervisor Bill Schappell. Bill Schappell is a former Lake Shasta marina owner, former Supervisor, and 45-year Shasta County resident. 


Bill Schappell, a well-respected leader in Shasta County, has given his full support to Heather Hadwick, recognizing her commitment to serving the residents of the North State.
